Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Score (“the app”), available at go-score.app. Score is operated by Stephen Marsh, trading as GoApps (ABN 43 304 721 985) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Score lets you follow sports teams and competitions and view their fixtures, results, and standings, aggregated from third-party sources. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your country.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law.

Sports data and accuracy

Fixtures, scores and standings are supplied by third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of any information. Do not rely on Score for betting, financial, or other consequential decisions.

Third-party content

Team names, badges, logos, statistics, and other content belong to their respective owners and are used to provide the service. Some content is used under open licences that require attribution; those sources are credited below, and where a licence requires the credit to sit beside the content itself, it is shown there as well.

Sources and attribution

Sports data — fixtures, results, standings, badges and TV listings — is supplied by TheSportsDB. Some standings and cycling data come from Wikipedia, used under CC BY-SA 4.0. AFL scores come from Squiggle.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or from reliance on any information it provides. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
