Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Score (“the app”), available at go-score.app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Score lets you follow sports teams and competitions and view their fixtures, results, standings, and news, aggregated from third-party sources. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your country.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law.

Sports data and accuracy

Fixtures, scores, standings, and news are supplied by third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of any information. Do not rely on Score for betting, financial, or other consequential decisions.

Third-party content

Team names, badges, logos, statistics, and other content belong to their respective owners and are used to provide the service. Where data is sourced from Wikipedia it is used under its CC BY-SA licence with attribution shown in the app.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or from reliance on any information it provides.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
